This patient came in concerned about her aging face, mainly the lower eyelids, forehead and lower face/neck area.A coronal browlift was done to eliminate the tension lines in the forehead and raise the brow to provide a more youthful and rested appearance. At the same time a lower eyelid blepharoplasty was done to reduce the fullness and excess fat under the eyes to create less of the “shadowy” appearance. Additionally a facelift was also done to rejuvenate the lower cheek, jowel , neck and jaw line. This procedure repositions and restores the facial skin and underlying tissues to achieve a more youthful appearance. Patient tolerated the procedures well, was seen at 3 months and back to normal activity level.
