Surgical reduction of volume in the jowel area by tightening the skin around that area as well as in the lower third of the face. Pt also had a coronal browlift which brings up the forehead for a more natural and youthful appearance. An upper and lower blepharoplasty was also done to remove the excess skin from the upper eyelids and volume from underneath the lower eyelids.
