This patient came in complaining of fullness of skin and fat on her upper eyelids, and that she felt that it made her look tired. Patient had an upper eyelid lift or Blepharoplasty done to enhance the appearance of the eyes by reducing excess skin and fat of the eyelids, for a younger and more refreshed look. Pt is 3 months post surgery and has returned to normal activity.
