Patient desires to have fuller breasts and to re position her own breast tissue around an implant for a more youthful appearance. Pt came in with already having implants placed previously and her tissue became more loose over time and was drooping down over the implant. The breast lift eliminates sagging commonly seen after pregnancy, weight loss, or having implants and your own tissue falling over them to give the breasts a more appealing shape and contour. This may be done at the same time as the original implants or done after the implants have been placed.
